Police are looking to identify these suspects, who dressed up as DEA agents and tried to break into a Pearland residence.
According to reports from PPD, on May 28, 2019, at 7:14 PM, the Pearland Police Department was dispatched to a Burglary in Progress in the 11500 Block of Ivory Creek Drive, Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas. Two males came to the front door of the residence dressed in blue jeans and black shirts that had "DEA" printed on the front and "POLICE" on the back. Both men appeared to be armed with handguns, and were wearing balaclavas to hide their faces.
One suspect appeared to be a black male, and the second appeared to be white or Hispanic male.
The suspects announced "DEA" and that they had a search warrant for the residence. The reportee told the suspects she was calling the police and the suspects fled the scene in an older, dark-colored Chevrolet SUV (possibly a Suburban or Tahoe) with paper plates.
Pearland Officers conducted a search of the area, but no suspects or suspect vehicle was located.
