He's the guy in the top of the line up. He started "working" intersections at major highways in Clear Lake but has been seen all over south and east of Houston areas, including B8 and 288, B8 and Pearland Pkwy. He carries a gas can around and asks for gas money, hence the name. But, he isn't homeless nor does he need gas. He's also known to become aggressive with women....banging on their car and such if they don't give him money. Mental illness, drugs, or maybe both is his problem. He gets hauled off to jail every once in a while, but only for a day or two then hits the streets again. Guess you could call him a hooker....just ignore him if you see him and darn sure do not give him anything. He also brags about the amount of money he makes by scamming people AND likes to tell (threaten) folks that he works for HPD.
