On Monday February 25th, 2019 the City of Pearland Streets Division will begin pavement repairs in Roy Acres area (Wells Rd). This work is planned to be completed by March 25th 2019.The City's street network requires regular maintenance and this project has been identified as a critical area for repairs due to the function of the road for carrying local traffic. The work in Roy Acres subdivision will include the following streets: Keis Rd, Warren Rd. Williams St. and Herbert Dr. There will not be any road closures during this operation Project activities are weather dependent and subject to change. Drivers should be aware of heavy equipment and construction personnel in the vicinity of the worksite, and be prepared for delays resulting from the construction work. This work however, should not interfere with access to any surrounding properties or businesses. The City urges all drivers to exercise caution while in the area and obey all traffic controls and flaggers. This operation will not impede traffic on Wells Rd.www.pearlandtx.gov
