On Thursday July 12, 2018, Hampshire Street will be closed at the intersection of Old
Alvin Road from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. as the City's Contractor, SER, begins installation of drainage
infrastructure along Old Alvin Road.Detour signs will assist in navigating the affected area. Please obey all construction zone signs
and flaggers, and be aware of construction equipment and personnel within the work zone. The
