On Monday, December 4, 2017, one-way westbound traffic on East Orange Street, from Old Alvin to Galveston, will be extended to N. Park Avenue to allow SER Construction to continue installation of drainage and paving on East Orange west of Old Alvin.
Additional Traffic Advisories will be published as warranted to inform the public of new developments on the project, including changes in traffic circulation patterns as the work progresses.
Please obey all construction zone signs and flaggers, and be aware of construction
equipment and personnel within the work zone. The City urges drivers to exercise extreme caution when driving in this area.
