Carlos Valdez, 29, hispanic male, 5'8", 240 lbs, dark hair, hazel eyes, last known address was on CR 478 in Pearland. Valdez was potentially facing jail time for the charge of Attempted Sexual Assault of a Child which he was arrested for in Montgomery County back in 2016. Pearland PD is familiar with Valdez from multiple arrests in the past, and have been in contact with law enforcement from Montgomery County.
