Pearland Traffic Alert - Roadwork TXDOT will begin construction of the southbound and northbound left turn lanes on SH35 at Industrial Drive on Thursday, July 20. Throughout the duration of the project, north and south bound lanes will be intermittently closed for construction of roadway shoulders and asphalt paving. Construction duration is expected between July 20, 2017 – October 20, 2017.Drivers should be prepared for minor delays resulting from this work. The Pearland Police Department urges all drivers to exercise extreme caution in the area, and to obey all traffic controls. This work should not interfere with access to any surrounding properties or businesses.
