Maybe I’ve been living in the dark ages, but I have no idea what this “Neapolitan Pizza” is that they speak of, so I checked it out. Neapolitan Pizza is the original, that Italians invented 300 years ago. According to the website, “the dough only has 4 ingredients: Non-GMO Double zero Neapolitan flour, water, sea salt and yeast.
