However, in this case, it is being placed in an un-barista-fied area out on the east edge of Pearland. What once was Consign-It at 1427 Broadway will now become the coffee lovers dream, Starbucks. There was no mention on www.starbucks.com of when the new location will open, but judging by the constant construction crews at work, it shouldn't be too much longer!
