Pearland Traffic Alert - 2/7/17The City of Pearland’s contractor, Texas Sterling, will be closing Veterans Drive north of the intersection with Bailey Road on Thursday, February 9, 2017 and continuing for approximately 2 months for construction of new drainage and paving at this intersection. Please use McLean Road north to Magnolia Street as an alternate route. All properties located on Veterans Drive will be accessible from Bailey Road.Drivers should be aware of heavy equipment and construction personnel in the vicinity of the worksite, and be prepared for minor delays resulting from the construction work. This work however, should not interfere with access to any surrounding properties or businesses. The City urges all drivers to please exercise caution while in the area and obey all traffic controls and flaggers.
