Baytown Police Department K9 Lenin
The Pearland Police Department is deeply saddened to hear of the tragic loss of Baytown Police Department K9 Lenin, who passed away on March 9, 2023, after obtaining a bite from a venomous snake during a training exercise on Wednesday. K9 Lenin was the first Explosive Ordinance Detection K9 trained to detect bombs and guns for the Baytown Police Department.
