seems no one understood that word. The only English they spoke was to take your order(and your money.) Smart idea putting people who don't speak English in your customer service/complaint department.Good luck....

Yes I ordered something from China during Covid and it took forever to get here. I think it was like 2 months. Hopefully now it won't take one.

Hopefully it won't get stuck in a shipping port for months….

Btw I think Target just had a 30% off sale on swimsuits.

Oh, by the price I knew it was coming from somewhere in Asia, no big deal. I bought one little shirt for a ridiculously low price, just to see the quality of the fabric, sewing, etc. If it's good I might by more, if it's not I'm only out $10,

I've ordered stuff from china and have generally been pleased with the results. I generally tend to purchase things under $20 so I don't loose too much if it never shows up. I have never had trouble with companies sending me replacements if the item never got delivered. The only issue is I have had to wait up to three months for items to reach me after ordering and even longer if the item was not delivered and needs to be replaced. Another weird thing I noticed was sometimes even though I order stuff from china it seems like they are sending it to another US address before it arrives to me because the envelope will have a from address from the USA. I can only image they are doing that to get around paying customs charges or something.

I recently responded to an online sale of a local name-brand shoe store. After getting messages like the one you received and waiting a long time, nothing arrived. I called the local store and learned there was no sale going on. The next step was notifying the credit card of fraud - it was denied. I persisted and canceled the card and called the fraud department again. It took a while, but I finally got a refund. Lesson learned!! If it seems too good to be true ........... it is!

I bought car seat covers just before the CoVid shutdown, I never did get that shipment. But things were so shutdown, plus the Suez Canal blockage was occurring, it was a mad house. The owner returned my emails for 8 months, I felt bad for them, they closed down the venture.
I find that things eventually arrive, but beware the Facebook ads that are bogus companies. Do some research before you order from those. I did order one thing, paid thru PayPal, and fought for 6 months about the garbage replacement, a different thing entirely, that I received. Eventually, I got a refund.

I read all of these purchases and some never came ?? Wouldn't it have been better
to buy things here in the USA .. or buy from local stores here in Pearland ?? rather than
China ?????

@NJ99221 : If these things were actually produced in the USofA, I'd agree. They aren't. Esp clothes and cheap appliances. The only difference in buying things from stores here is that they already paid for the shipping from overseas. Don't think you aren't paying for those costs.

@NJ99221 : even if purchased here at higher price, they come from china. Can't get away from it. I've ordered thru Modlily and have not had an issue. Prices good and delivery pretty quick considering. Swimsuits very good quality

Well, I checked the tracking on my package and it's here at a US Post Office. No idea which one, but I may get this in time to order more summer wear before winter. We'll see, I'll update once I actually receive the goods.

And either today or yesterday it fit into my mail box, so there it was this AM. I bought a shirt, it's cotton jersey with a bit of stretch but doesn't specifically list the fiber content. It has detailed instructions for returning it, but since it came from China I doubt that's cost effective at all. No need, the b&w graphic is crisp, all the seams are very well sewn and finished off, and I'm thrilled with it.
Like I said, this was a test, if I buy more items I can get free shipping, this cost $10 for the shirt and $10 for the shipping, and took about 30 days to arrive. The company is JustFashionNow .com I bought the black and white butterfly that shows up on their first page of tops.
Between this *and* a present from someone else, this was a great trip to the mailbox!
