@Blackbird : Ladies I can deal with. Babies, I can't.
A few years ago, my girls took me for lunch to a Red Lobster over close to the dome. As we sat talking, a, man came in. HE was covered in jewelry, nice suit. He had 8 teen girls with him. Many looked like they had forgotten their clothing, or at least most of it. As they started to order, one of them decided on calamari, because she was allergic to sea food. Out of the group, there was one girl, who did not look very happy. She was very quiet, I don't think she said anything. I wanted to go and ask her if she needed help, my daughters wouldn't let me. As they finished their meal, a van pulled up. "Big Mama is here!" and they started running out to jump in the van. "Daddy" paid the bill and followed them out, he got in, and after all the girls kissed "mama" they got in. Please, do not suggest this was a family, it looked like a United Nations delegation. I have thought of that one child many times. Needless to say, this is not an area of town my girls take me to anymore.
