Sunday a warm May day humidity abounds.

The atmosphere knows this week that it is May...it may be more like typical late May than early May, but same ballpark, right? Plenty of warmth ahead, along with isolated to scattered showers most days. The best shot for rain will be well inland, generally north of Houston.

This is the start of what will be a much warmer than normal week ahead. Our normal highs are around 83 degrees on the first of May but we'll be in the upper 80s and 90s all week. - Khambrel at KPRC

@Stealth83 : We had a horrid spring one year, in Dallas. I swear, my dogs held it in for 3 days, they would not go out. Plus the backyard was infested with mosquitos. Meanwhile, the feline Kraken is snoring happily on my lap.

This week, continued warming trend. Rain chances slim (until possibly Thursday if a cold front reaches the Houston area).
This weekend is going to feel more like late May...Smells like the 90s.
