Friday breezy Nice Sunshine smokie Space City Weather. Space City Weather blog: Good morning. It will be a breezy day today (see image). Look for sunshine and 70s with low humidity. You may smell smoke that likely got pushed into our area from distant fires east of Abilene. Otherwise, the wind will calm tonight, and we'll have a lovely pair of days this weekend. We're still watching for strong to severe storms and heavy rain on Monday into Tuesday morning, followed by nice weather for midweek next week.:sunshine:
@Txtoast : Thanks for the update! This weather has been not very healthy and now with the smoke coming from the west isn't that great specially for people with respiratory problems. Nice time to be indoors.

Smoke will diminish throughout this afternoon. Tonight watch for the full moon on Friday, March 18 at 3:17 am. The March full moon is also known as the Full Worm Moon.
I got an Asthma Aware Alert this morning from Houston. Have been out of town so did not know about the smoke from fires near Abilene. Tomorrow I have to get outside and mow the grass !
