Yesterday I unpacked my sous vide machine and all it's bells and whistles. To celebrate I went to Whole Paycheck and bought a lovely chuck roast. That's all I bought, right? I got home, wasn't feeling good, laid down for a nap. Woke up this morning and can't find the damn roast! Not in the car, the fridge or either freezer, I'm stumped. And hungry.
@Blackbird : Daughter has one, and my Instant Pot also has that feature. Since I am not a huge fan of beef, it is lost on me. Everyone else seems to like it. From what I read in some of the cook sites I use, longer can be better. Most people I know go for at least 4 hours, it isn't like you are going to burn or overcook it. I hope it turns out well for you.
