I find there is very little I want anymore. The cane was a have to have. I did buy a new Instant Pot to make yogurt, and it is really, really good and easy. As I told my daughter, I am trying to get rid of, not add to. Remember, when I die everything you have insisted I "had to have" will be here for YOU to deal with.

I, just now, bought myself an air fryer. Given my love of all things fried, it has to be healthier. I'll let you know next week, when it arrives.

@Txtoast : This is so easy.......a large container of Fairlife milk, 1/2 can sweetened, condensed milk, and 2 Tbl of plain yogurt. I mix this, pour it in the Instant Pot, Push Yogurt, and walk away. 8 hours later, I have yogurt. I have been adding vanilla extract to mine, and this is what Peanut chose to eat for lunch today. The full fat is really good, but the 2% is fine for me.

@Blackbird : When you use it, spray the rack and the food with Pam. You will get much better results.

the taste is pure. Bought it at HEB today.
