It's so thick and sugary sweet, a little too sweet for me but of course, that's what the brandy is for!
So I'll say light eggnog with Brandy =👌

I don't know if I've ever had it with alcohol, I definitely need to try it!

@Acg7707 : I wish I could find the eggnog I used to get growing up but I can't remember who made it. The eggnogs that are out there now tastes nothing like it. It was super sweet and more yellow than the other ones. Also if you heated it up to a low boil, it would turn into pudding. None of the others do. I know I could down a quart in less than a minute.

@Michael1960 : That's sounds good! I know the color is lighter now and not as rich tasting. We used to buy a brand by the name of Creamland, but I've not seen it in the Houston area. Mayor was a local brand to my home state.

I love egg nog, store bought or homemade. If you want a real drink, follow Alton Brown's boozy version, you make it and let it rest for weeks, aging improves the flavor and the alcohol keeps it from going bad.

No thank you. I'll pass on the eggnog. I dislike eggnog very much. 🤢 I'm sorry but I don't know 🤷‍♀️ how anyone can drink it. I can't seem to get it down my throat.
