I believe this has been popular for years in Europe. Except there they use fresh produce from their garden and are big on cheese as we are into wine here. They also add many organic fruits and homemade jelly made from their gardens. Much healthier and less processed.
I really liked the photo of the big round board stacked with all those finger foods etc.. I snapped a photo of it so i can learn how to do this... Practice Practice Practice.. instead of cooking !!!! ( I wish )

Dairy Maids n Houston on Airline drive has an amazing assortment of cheeses, jams & hard to find pickled veggies that make for wonderful charcuterie boards.
Shows how much I entertain! I never heard of a Charcuterie board till I visited my nieces house and she had waxed paper on the island and all these goodies on it. I thought smart idea and her other aunt asked her if she had her board yet and she said no ... Everyone grazed for the duration and it filled us all up. So much for my lowly meat and cheese trays via Hormel. 🤣😂
@Stealth83 : Thank you for posting the site! I had no idea what this was all about! I had seen these at parties. I just thought they were a fancy cheese tray. Never knew it had a fancy name! Next will have to try that Fig spread.
