my choice is definitely Heights !!! I am scared to climb a ladder ... stand on a chair..
can't go near the edges in scenic areas ... or get up on a roof !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not heights, per se, but of falling. I can't stand next to a cliff drop off, or even a clear window in a high rise bldg.

Definitely spiders and any kind of bug. In Texas they are even bigger
