Kroger has their turkey for 39 cents a lb with a $20 purchase.
Randall's has a Honeysuckle turkey fo 19 cents a lb. with an additional $30 purchase.
Aldi has Butterball Turkey for 87 cents a lb. with no additional purchase required.

Happy turkey shopping! If you need a turkey for Christmas this is the cheapest they will be for this Holiday season.

@Sherry3898 : Thank you for the post. Considering the already very low cost for turkey, I get a kick out of the extraordinary efforts people make each year to get the lowest price per pound. People will drive the length of Pearland to save $0.20 per pound. In the end they save $3.60 on a huge 18 pound bird and spend an hour doing so. But it's all in fun. Let the games begin.

@Sherry3898 : Aldi's Butterball is $.87, but they have another brand that was $.59 a pound. No additional purchase required.
And I believe Walmart had turkeys for $.64 a pound.

@squidgirl : Thanks for the information. I prefer Butterball turkeys because of the consistency of the bird. I didn't check Walmart because their Butterball turkeys had the highest prices the last time I was there.
