Oh No! I wish ya'll the best. If this happened at my house right now, there would be major pandemonium. Just a few days ago our neighbor was having his internet serviced. The utility box is in our backyard and the AT&T tech accidentally disconnected our wire instead of their's right in the middle of my daughters Biology exam. She had to beg her professor to allow her back in to retake the exam.

My internet had been out since Mar 19. Couldn't have a tech come because we had my son on quarantine. He came out today and fixed it. Turns out, he didn't have to come in the house because the problem came from the construction site down the street. We suffered without Wifi for no reason for over 2 weeks!

@tdwong1 : I had problems with att and uverse every time I try. When I moved I switched to Comcast and have never been happier ( this is someone who had an att account since 1987 until this July)
