@Txtoast : they are not federal but they do serve the state of Texas and are part of the Texas Military Forces. I served with them for 10 years. I carried the American flag one year on the parade and at the Rig. I'm thinking about joining back up. Had a lot of fun with a lot of great people from all over the state....
