Fajitas Delivered? Yes, Please! There's a new Tex-Mex restaurant opening soon in Pearland called Fajita Pete's..And they deliver! Fajita Pete’s focuses on providing customers with fresh beef and chicken fajitas. Traditional Mexican sides are made fresh daily and include rice, beans, chile con queso, guacamole, and hand-rolled tortillas. Everything is made from scratch. It is available for pick up, dine in, or delivery. They also offer catering. The new Fajita Pete's - Pearland is located at 15718 S. Highway 288, in front of the Sam's Club. Eleven franchise agreements were signed last year in order to open up new locations (including Pearland) throughout the greater Houston-area market. In the following two years, about 10 additional restaurants are to be added, with a total of 40 locations within the next five years.
